SLA
Printing elements out of laser hartened resin SLA - Stereolitography is one of basic and at the same time oldest 3D printing method in the world. It has been developed in 1984 by Charles Hull, who later founded 3D Systems company.
Stereolitography belongs to 3D printing techniques which use the photopolymerization process (similarly to DLP ( Direct Light Processing), with which it has many common features). Build up object is made by selective photopolymeric resin hardening by laser light.
Stereolitography, as the oldes 3D printing method, is also believed to be the most economic additive printing method. Printed elements combine high precision with high surface smoothness.
